Our ‘Reiki Practitioner’s Share’ offers Reiki Practitioners the opportunity to practice original Reiki techniques, give and receive group Reiki. Breathing space is a new, simple, easy and effortless relaxation class. Using principles from Qigong, Yoga and Meditation we work to bring our awareness back inside our body. Involving breathing techniques and simple but extremely effective postures combining movement and stillness, connecting body, breath and awareness. For all ages and abilities.
The term ‘sound bath meditation’ is used to describe an immersive vibrational meditation experience of pure sound through the use of sacred sound instruments. These include drums, thunder drums, quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, rattles, kalimbas, tuning forks, tambourines, metallophones, the hulusi and the ocarina. This amazing musical journey begins with each attendee lying down on a yoga mat covered with a blanket and then being “bathed” in sound waves and vibration from the various instruments resulting in a deeply relaxing and healing meditative experience.
