Hi, I'm Joanne
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here!

Joanne Lee

I am a qualified and experienced complementary therapist, wellness coach and tutor. I support clients and learners in their wellness journey and empower them to discover and embody their unique version of optimal holistic health, allowing them to thrive and reach their greatest potential.

I have had a lot of trauma, illness, stress and anxiety in my life. I struggled with chronic pain and fatigue as well as low self confidence and low self esteem from my early teens into adulthood.

I found Reiki and that was the starting point. I then expanded into other areas of complementary therapy, bodywork, vibrational healing such as crystal, colour and sound therapy and life coaching. I began helping myself as well as my clients to make the changes necessary in order to be happier and healthier, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Now, with nearly 20 years firsthand experience and as the owner of and award winning centre I help women who are burnt out from juggling it all, women who stuggle with pain and anxiety. Together we maximise their well-being so they can be successful in every area of their life.
